What to Include in Your Message

  1. 1

    Your website

Send the link, so I can look before I answer.

  2. 2

    What is not working

Give me the honest version: traffic that stalled, a site that does not convert, a plan that never turned into a system.

  3. 3

Your numbers, if you have them

Traffic, leads, revenue or ad spend. Rough figures are fine, and a first message does not need a spreadsheet.

  4. 4

    What you want to happen

One outcome, in your own words. It gives me something concrete to answer.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Your message goes to me, not to a junior, not to a sales queue and not to a CRM auto-responder pretending to be a person. Here is the path it takes.

  1. You write

Email or Telegram, whichever you prefer. A few honest lines about your business are enough.

  2. I read it myself

I look at your site and think about what you wrote, with no hand-off to anyone else.

  3. I reply myself

You get a straight read of your situation, with no template and no fake urgency.

  4. We decide together

If it is a fit, I lead and supervise the work. If it is not, I say so plainly, and you owe nothing.

There is no dark pattern on the other side: no "limited spots", and no forced newsletter signup hidden behind a form. You reached out to talk to one person, and you will get one person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I email or message you on Telegram?

Use whichever is easier for you. Email suits anything with detail, such as a website link, numbers or a long description of the problem. Telegram suits a quick hello or a short question. Either way, the message reaches me directly.

Can I send passwords or payment details?

No. Please do not put passwords, logins or payment details in a first message, on email or on Telegram. If a project ever needs access to your accounts, we will set up a safe way to share it first.

Will I get a canned response?

No. Every message is read and answered by me, personally. It is not a template and it is not a support rep.

Is this going to turn into a hard sell?

No. A reply is not a disguised pitch. If it is not a fit, I will say so plainly instead of dragging it out.

How fast will I hear back?

There is no invented number here. What I can say is that your message goes directly to the person who will answer it, not into a queue behind other people's tickets.

What should I include in my message?

Whatever is most useful to you: your website, your current traffic or revenue numbers, or just the honest version of what is not working. The more real detail you give, the more useful my first reply can be.

Do I need to be ready to hire before I reach out?

No. Reaching out is the conversation, not the commitment. Plenty of people write just to get a straight answer on whether this is worth pursuing at all.

What if my business does not fit the solopreneur or entrepreneur focus?

Ask anyway. The niche focus exists because precision beats a generalist playbook, but the fastest way to find out whether you fit is a direct answer from me, not a guess from a landing page.

Why isn't there a contact form?

Long, jargon-heavy intake forms are what agencies use to sort leads before a real person ever sees them. Email and Telegram skip that step entirely. You write what is actually on your mind, and I read it the same way, without a form deciding the shape of the conversation before it starts.
